Shinta is smart, good looking and athletic, but he's always been number two, losing to his rival Kobayashi. The two guys always butt heads due to clashing personalities, since Kobayashi is, simply put, a scumbag. And once that scumbag gets his hands on an app that can modify other people's bodies and minds, Shinta gets gender bent and turned into Kobayashi's perfect woman. He even gets a new name: Kokoro.

But Kokoro still retains her old mind. There's no way she enjoys servicing Kobayashi. There's no way her mind also gets slowly transformed by the app. There's no way she falls in love with Kobayashi. Right?
